Pictured, is the actual auction item.

I bought this about 4 or 5 years ago form an Estate sale. I don't have much info on it, all I know is that it's a MORRIS brand, more than likely made in Japan. I can't tell what model number it is, because the identifying tag inside the sound hole seems like it has dislodged and probably discarded. A unqualified opinion from a guitar enthusiast suggested that it "looks like a W50 model".

Since I am not a collector of this type item, I couldn't tell you what type of wood this guitar is made of. I've included many photos, hopefully this will help, and any input from a knowledgeable eBay viewer is more than welcome, and I may post your comments with my listing, advanced thanks. Some tell me that the Morris were Japanese Martin clones.

What I do know, the guitar produces and projects a very nice sound output. The action is low, and it keeps tune from the first to the last frets. Used, there are scratches thruout, some smaller than others. There is one chip of the wood, in the area of the neck, which I've taken a photo of. The strings will probably need change-out, as they look old.

There is some wiring inside the guitar, I do not think this to be an original production item, as the installation is amateurish. This may have been an attempt to install an acoustic electric pickup. I plugged it into an amp, but I get no sound output. It seems this was a half hearted attempt, with the job incomplete. Includes carry case only. Does not include the cable interface, nor the guitar stand.

REASONABLE OFFERS WILL BE ENTERTAINED.
